Project Description

This expansive commercial complex redefines retail, dining, and recreational experiences by interconnecting a department store, restaurant with café, and spatial garden into a seamless urban hub. Positioned prominently at the front of the master plan, the department store stands as the anchor of the development, featuring a high-ceiling atrium and a vibrant grand staircase that welcomes visitors with a dynamic entrance sequence. Designed as a double-mass structure, the main volume embodies transparency through its open-plan layout and vast double-height spaces, offering an immersive retail experience, while the secondary mass serves as a concealed storage unit, strategically linked via restricted access for staff efficiency. Accessibility is a core consideration in the layout, with an integrated ramp system ensuring smooth, unobstructed movement for all visitors, including those with mobility challenges. Beyond functionality, the development integrates a spatial garden, fostering interaction between commerce and nature while enhancing the customer experience. The parking area, positioned at the front, aligns with the staircase, visually unifying the entire composition while optimizing accessibility. Materials are selected for durability and aesthetic cohesion, ensuring the interplay of modern steel structures, sleek glass facades, and warm natural elements to create an inviting yet sophisticated environment. The inclusion of dedicated accessibility ramps enhances inclusivity, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for individuals with disabilities. This landscape-driven approach transforms the commercial setting into a lively, interconnected destination, balancing urban vibrancy with spatial fluidity.
