Project Description
This smart and sustainable home-a finalist in the prestigious BTNhousingpreneur 2025 competition-redefines eco-conscious urban living by integrating cutting-edge solar technology and sustainable architecture. Designed with efficiency and comfort in mind, the three-storey residence optimizes energy independence, with solar panels mounted on the roof and canopy, providing 100% of the electricity requirements for a self-sustained lifestyle. The ground floor serves as a communal living space, fostering connection and interaction, while the upper floors maintain privacy, ensuring a seamless balance between shared and personal areas. At the pinnacle, a roof garden with an open-layout multifunction zone enhances green space, supporting urban biodiversity while serving as a tranquil retreat. More than just a competition entry, this design aligns with future governmental energy regulations, ensuring compatibility with evolving sustainability policies while fostering prosperity between homeowners and tax incentives. The architectural approach embraces simplicity and efficiency, promoting a forward-thinking lifestyle where technology and nature coexist seamlessly. By prioritizing renewable energy, smart spatial planning, and environmentally responsible materials, this project stands as a blueprint for the next generation of sustainable housing, offering both innovation and long-term resilience in the urban landscape.
